After a six month period away from the Call of Duty scene the Danish organization of aNimus Gaming has made their return to competitive eSports. To accompany their return they have picked up former aNimus side, DANISH who have also returned after a lengthy break.
After a disappointing conclusion to the 2011 eSports calendar the Danish organization of aNimus Gaming has today announced their return to the eSports scene, this time with renewed vigour and determination aiming to make the most of the new year. The first of their efforts has been the recruitment of the former SFYE.TV, now known as aNimusTV, who will be casting a wide spectrum of Call of Duty competitive matches, ranging from PCW's all the way to LAN events across Europe.
Alongside the new streaming department the organization has decided to re-invest in one of their previous line-ups, more commonly known as DANISH. The relationship between the company and team developed during mid-2011, and quickly developed into a mutually beneficial agreement until aNimus went into hibernation. The team itself is brimming with talent, with individuals such as Allan Profft Profft and Patrick AagaarD Aagaard Larsen stemming from highly distinguished roots such as Team Infused. The team plan to make their debut at The Blast #4 during May 2011, where the team will come up against stiff local competition.
Despite the sharp return to the scene the framework of the organization is quickly being put into place, with the website being released over the course of the next few weeks. The side has quickly recovered previous partner Immortal Servers and expect new partnerships to develop as time matures.
Statement - Patrick Aagaard Larsen:
"We're back after a 5 month break, more motivated and excited to play than ever before. Hopefully, will the desire and joy lead to good results both at offline and online events. We are also pleased to return to aNimus Gaming again, we had a fantastic collaboration with Jesper and Wouter in 2011 and we’re very pleased with the new agreement we’ve found for 2012 and we look forward to regain the cooperation. The first LAN-event for the team will be The Blast #4 in May Denmark where we will face the top of Denmark."
Statement - aNimus-Gaming Management:
"It took a while before I realised that aNimus Gaming is not just a hobby, but is really part of me. After having a 6 months break, Wouter and I agreed on the fact that we missed aNimus Gaming and that it's time to re-built aNimus Gaming again.Only this time, we are taking it the other way around. We are very pleased with our pick-ups; Addictus as our newswriter, SFYE.TV as our aNimusTV crew and former aNimus.CoD4 squad, DANISH. Furthermore, I would like to thank the people that kept showing interests in aNimus Gaming when we were down! To end this statement, I would like to do a shoutout to our partners, Immortal Servers and DAE Media! Thank you all!"
